About Sarah Bond
Sarah C. Bond is a Nutrition and Health Counselor with a growing private practice in Hoboken, NJ where she is a resident. She has been an avid student of health and nutrition most of her adult life and her formal education includes the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, The Natural Gourmet Cooking School in New York City and a B.A. from Rowan University, Glassboro NJ.
Sarah specializes in nutrition and health for young active adults, the connection between mood and food and deconstructing food cravings. In her practice Sarah works with clients to empower them to make food and lifestyle choices to create a healthier life. She assists them in achieving their highest potential by providing a competent, supportive one-on-one relationship. As a yoga instructor she is able to complete the mind, body, spirit connection necessary in keeping balance and harmony in our lives.
About Jocelyn Krasner
Jocelyn’s wellness programs help clients discover the foods that work best for them, while guiding them to make personal choices that inspire more balanced, energized, and passionate living. She also leads cooking classes and nutrition workshops in the NY/NJ area. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, Jocelyn is a holistic health counselor, board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
As a yoga teacher, Jocelyn’s accessible, compassionate nature puts beginner level students at ease, while inviting more advanced practitioners to explore their "edge." Her playful, free-spirited style is infused with a drive for fluid movement, focusing on mindfulness of breath and alignment, offering a safe yet upbeat environment in the variety of classes that she teaches.
Jocelyn is on the faculty of the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, in the Berkshires, where she leads blissful "Flow & Let Go" weekend retreats. She teaches regularly scheduled classes at Devotion Yoga's uptown and downtown studios in Hoboken, NJ, as well as corporate and private sessions in NYC and NJ.
